Come along and see EODS’ production of “Habeas Corpus” by Alan Bennett in March 2024.
Often described as one of Bennett’s funniest plays, this hilarious romp follows the Wicksteed family who pursue their romantic and lustful ambitions.
Set in Hove (actually!) in the 1960s, the play is a satirical merry-go-round of mistaken identities and amorous encounter in which we meet a series of characters for whom carnal pleasure appears to be the ruling passion of their lives.
